City Grill - Montgomery

A clean, noble, elevated environment. the food and the staff were wonderful. my wife tried the lamb (for the first time eat lamb) and didn't like it. when our waitress noticed that she did not eat, she immediately asked if everything was in order. my wife told her it was, but she didn't like how it tastes. she immediately offered to replace it with another court. that's up and beyond. the filet of bark and salmon were great. we are coming back often.

Lamb chops were amazing. service by michael was great as always. the atmosphere is private and quiet. large chef and mixologe. highly recommended.

Montgomery needs a lot more great restaurants, but at least we have city grill. steve always makes all the small things together for an exceptional culinary experience. excellent service with friendly demeanor, which is remarkable. as I have published this fact here.

What a terrific evening we had at this place. Our server, Sherry, truly did an exceptional job. She had excellent drink, wine, and food recommendations and her timing was impeccable. Our dinner was delicious. We shared the triple creme brie appetizer, which basically changed our lives. We both wanted the same entree, the grilled tenderloin, and it was perfectly prepared. The restaurant itself is very attractive, with a warm and welcoming ambience. The only bad thing about the City Grill is that it is 6 hours away from our home, so we won't be able to come as often as we'd like!

City Grill cannot be beat! I have never had a bad meal and the service is second to none. At a time where we feel like we have to accept marginal service, City Grill stands, heads above others. Sherry took exceptional care of our group…she was so kind and accommodating…never made us feel rushed.
