Church's Texas Chicken - Montgomery

I was served a chicken that tasted old and clearly had been refried. It was overwhelming and not enjoyable at all. Because of this experience, I will never order chicken from this place again.

Every time I visit this restaurant, they never have sweet tea, and it’s always filled with chatter.

The service was either malfunctioning or the staff was overly enthusiastic. From the moment the bill came, our server was loud and rude. I should have left then. When I paid for my dinner, I received the wrong drink. When I pointed this out, her response was to speak even louder, claiming she had heard what I wanted. I would have walked out on the spot, but my card had already been charged. I reluctantly accepted the drink. Instead of asking what sauces I preferred, she simply tossed a handful of them at me while chatting with someone in the background. When my food arrived, I discovered I had the wrong side dish. That’s four mistakes in one visit, and I’m done. I won’t be returning to that restaurant again, and I suggest you don't either.

They customer service is really nasty.They very slow, very rude to customers. It's sad and I wouldn't go back there again.
