Chick-fil-a - Monterey Park

I have to say, there’s definitely something off about their Spicy Chicken and Spicy Salad. Each time I tried them, I ended up with terrible diarrhea, which makes me think there might be something unnatural or hard on the stomach in their ingredients. My most recent experience was particularly unpleasant. The salad was disgusting! I noticed a piece of red hair in it, and I suspect someone with red hair prepared it. Plus, the salad looked half-washed, with some mud or white dust on it. It was really unappetizing!

My favorite Chick-fil-A is the one my daughter and I visit often. We love the fast service and delicious food. The drive-thru is excellent, featuring two order windows, which ensures that the wait is usually short.

The service was generally good, but not today. I was hoping for better customer service. I'm not asking for anything complicated—just a simple greeting to acknowledge my presence and a quick note to let me know that it's taking longer than usual. Instead, I felt ignored, and that's not what I expected.

You have the best ice that the cones are back at this point. If I have a bad day, I'm just going for an ice cone. The little things that make us happy. Pasadena has no cones yet. There are also food good.

Paola was super nice polite to me. I loved her professionalism. She was very respectful and patient as I placed my order today. She I washed my hands, she so generously asked me what sauces I wanted?which I forgot to request. Amazing experience with her Jason!! 2 outstanding people
