The Revere Room - Montecito

I cannot speak to the food or atmosphere, but I will say that the service is abhorrent. I would be wary of making a reservation at this restaurant. I made a reservation for brunch. I timely cancelled the reservation over 4 days before the actual reservation. Despite my timely cancellation days before the actual reservation, I was wrongfully charged a $200 cancellation fee. I reached out multiple times to advise the restaurant of the wrongful charge. My issue was never addressed and it was merely passed on to a manager that never got back to me. I would not recommend this restaurant or this institution as a whole for their predatory financial practices. I will not be returning, nor will I be staying at any Rosewood location. I would ask that someone please reach out to me to reverse the charge.

The food was tasteless and very poor quality for the price. Our Thanksgiving dinner was to be a four-course meal and to begin at 7 PM. Our main course was served at 9 PM. Each part of the meal was served 20-30 minutes apart. I will never dine there again because the food was worse than middle school cafeteria food. It is very unsanitary and disgusting to pay that amount of money for food and people have their dogs sitting on the furniture and in the dining area. The place was beautiful yet service and food unacceptable.

I 'll be direct. The food was mediocre at best. The service was poor. The ambience was pretentious. It took 20 minutes to seat us in a near-empty restaurant. After asking us 20 questions about how we wanted our food, they got orders wrong. A group of five obnoxious guests stood over our table and had a conversation and couldn 't care less that they were disturbing us. Hardly a dining experience that screams 5-star resort.

Ate there with a large group on Thanksgiving. The pace of the dishes served was painstakingly slow. The salad was salty, turkey was served in luke warm dried slabs, the sweet potatoes were incinerated into pitch black nuggets and the to top it off, the pumpkin pie crust could not be cut through with a fork. It was a memorable meal for all the wrong reasons. Ribbon on the package is the valet lost our car key.

Reservation was right on time.Food came quicklyServer was friendly and well informed about the menu. Prices are appropriate.Thank you for a fabulous brunch
