As for the rooms, they are in dire need of improvement. The furniture is outdated, and the smell in the hallways is far from welcoming.

First, the shower did not drain properly and clogged during my first use. Although they sent someone to fix it that night, it took two hours before I could use it again. The hallways had a musty smell and felt humid, with an odor reminiscent of cigarette smoke. The rooms weren't very clean; there was dust in several spots, and I found hair on the bathroom door. The bathroom itself was small, and the toilet seat was also quite tiny. Additionally, the pillows were square and not particularly comfortable. Overall, I was not happy with my stay. I would recommend looking for accommodations in Orange County or Los Angeles instead.

As for the location, it's not ideal if you're planning to visit central LA by car, as there is a lot of traffic. It's approximately 45 minutes to reach the main tourist attractions. Additionally, the room itself was very basic.

Front desk lady was the nicest part of the hotel. She was great. Everything else....EVERYTHING ELSE was abysmal. I am no elitist, I have stayed in some pretty old, run down places that were still clean with good food. This was not that. The food was terrible, the hotel was dirty and scary to be honest.

We spent two nights and they don’t clean up the rooms until after the 2nd night. That means that they don’t change your sheets, nor come in and straighten out the bed/room. I totally understand the sheets because of water saving, but maybe I am the only one in the world hoping to be pampered by finding the room/bed made. Since our sheets needed changing I asked for them to be changed. I got 2 sets if sheets for me to change, but they were the wrong size and the man that delivered them was upset he had to bring them to the room. The shower didn’t drain properly. The electricity went off Saturday and a while longer on Sunday morning. The whole place needs to aired out and the carpeting to be cleaned.
