Located right outside of Macy's inside the Montebello Mall. Prinkipia has an extensive menu of drinks. It took some time to make a decision on what I wanted to try out. When I went at the time it opened, there was only one person handling the cashier duties in addition to making the drinks. Hopefully he had someone else to help him out later on because even with a few orders, it really adds up.

Very nice place to get a drink. There is a variety to choose from. The employees are polite and professional. Very chill place.
