El Pollo Loco - Montebello

Pollo loco is the bomb, nuff said. Thank god for their 5 dollar menu options. One of the only places that still offers 5 dollar combos for the tough times we are currently living in. Chicken is the best tasting in the fastfood world hands down. Also offer great family deals, and healthy options like keto and salads.

I did not enjoy the food. I didn't enjoy myself at all I called the phone they give you to complain or rate the place I called gave them a bad rating

Today I went to Pollen-Loco and it was a bad idea if we were there it was a big line that each complained, place was really dirty tables were not clean food and garbage on the ground then when I received my order, it was incomplete I was missing my potatoes lubricated and then they had no Zilantro and napkins omg it was bad.

I love pollo loco but every time I visit this place, it is always a bad experience. This place is always dirty, the tables are always dirty and garbage on the floor, the customer service is not good. I used the voucher from the Pollen Loco app to get $2 from the classic Tostada salad full price and when I got my Tostada salad, they gave me small portions and when I was the lady she said that?s how it comes with the voucher in smaller portions and every time I get this same voucher I get the full Tostada salad as it should be in the voucher. I went in there today and ordered the classic chicken tostada salad and it looked awful and she put a small part of the chicken. I also ordered the 2 pieces chicken comb and the chicken was so dry and hard not delicious at all. I also asked about the red Spicy Salsa and they gave me the tomatoes salsa so k went back to ask for the red salsa and they gave me the tomatoes so angry again.
