Verona Chinese Kitchen - Montclair

I was inspired to write this review because I just finished an extremely tasty meal, one of the cook's specialties: embellished Jumbo shrimps with scalings and ginger. I had it with brown rice. I'm rarely happy with my meal when my family ordered Chinese takeout. Tonight was the exception. There were at least 10 perfectly boiled - not rubbery- Jumbo shrimps in a delicious sauce that was just right - not mild, not exaggerated. The vegetables were also delicious. All hot and fresh and delivered in 20 minutes (they said half an hour) from our call.

Really happy they're back to West Orange. Super great food and fast friendly delivery. Still the sharpest ones.

The food here is absolutely delicious—definitely the best! The owner goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy. We've been dining at Verona Chinese Kitchen for 8 years and have never had a disappointing meal. Everything is simply fantastic. I particularly love the chicken and broccoli, spare ribs, shrimp and broccoli, and so much more—it's all so good!

We had an excellent experience with takeout on Christmas Day. The service was efficient, and the food was outstanding—especially the Singapore mei fun, fresh vegetable tofu, and ribs. Everyone in our family was happy with their meals. We will definitely return!
