The Surfside Inn - MONTAUK

Upon looking through other reviews, we found that we weren't the only family who had encountered this unacceptable behavior from the manager regarding children. It’s a real shame, and as a result, we will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone. In response to the manager's reply: it’s unfortunate that a 71-year-old woman seems so out of touch with what actually occurred. It’s also sad that her staff felt the need to apologize for her behavior. We hope the manager has better days ahead and that no one else has to face the disrespect we experienced. Perhaps the other families who left negative reviews weren't being truthful about their experiences either? That certainly doesn't appear to be the case.

The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. However, there was a bit of a wait for the food, which was a little slow. Overall, it was a positive dining experience. Thank you!

Stunning views, incredibly delicious food, and exceptional service! The perfect balance of skill and talent between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff creates a harmonious experience, offering fresh and delectable cuisine along with first-class service. Our waiter, Spencer, was charming, courteous, and friendly, and the rest of the waitstaff was always attentive, making sure our glasses were never empty and bringing us water with warm, welcoming smiles and good vibes! I have just two minor criticisms: 1. The appetizers were a bit on the small side. 2. Drink specials would have turned my two pineapple martinis into three or four! Overall, I would give this experience a solid 9.5 out of 10!
