Melvyn's Inc - Monroe

This restaurant is fantastic – the food is delicious, and there's a welcoming, family-friendly vibe.

I worked at this restaurant when I went to Monroe to sober up and get my life together. The burgers and hamburger steaks are freshly hand-stuffed every morning and grilled until the cheese and onions are bursting out of them. The sizzling dishes are served with hot and fresh fries. In addition to burgers, they offer buffalo wings, fried zucchini, fried mushrooms, fried chicken tacos, and homemade onion rings. You can enjoy a beer at the bar while watching your favorite team on the big screens, or sit at a table with your family. Whether dining in or getting takeout, the experience is fantastic. This restaurant has been in business for over 30 years for a reason. The owner is a great person, firm believer in Christ, and believes in giving second chances to those in need. I miss it there so much.
