Javi P's Fresh Mex - Monroe

We've eaten here a few times. We really enjoy being able to pick what you want. They give you a lot of food.May be that they're short handed, but last time we were there the inside tables needed cleaning. We ate outside. Takeout might be the best choice. We will continue to eat there though.

I had the bowl with steak just now for lunch. It was really tasty but.. *sigh.. I just wish the steak was more tender. I wanted to cry eating it because it was sooo tough but tasted good and I was hungry but I couldn’t enjoy it the way I wanted. And I was sooo torn between the steak or shrimp bowl. Definitely should have picked shrimp ?

The food was delicious but the dirty environment was a turn off. Five tables were dirty. There was a large spill on the floor. The women behind the counter were all 3 on their phones.

Bowls were tasty. Ordered 2 child bowls, menu indicates drinks included, did not receive drinks on our take out order. Would have given 5 stars if order was correct.

Fresh,fast,friendly service. Javi P’s in Monroe set up like a subway, pick your item move down the line pay eat.
