Mcdonald's - Monroe

I love the McDonald's in Monroe! My grandkids always want to go there for a happy meal. The drive-thru is especially convenient now that they have two lanes.

I went to the Doordash pickup at 9 o'clock, but found the doors closed. Only the Drive-Thru was open, even though it was during working hours. When I asked a coworker why the doors were closed, she responded very rudely and said that Doordash deliveries must go through the traffic.

The employees at McDonald's are poorly trained and the management does not offer the value menu at their location. They are charging customers individually for items that should be included in their meal deals, despite the value menu still being advertised inside and outside the restaurant and on their national menu online.

South of the city-local on the state route 111 (monroe turnpike), they have just completed a top down renovation and added a second auto-thru-lane. seating in free (weather permit.) since the renovation they seem more concrete on the drive _thru at the cost of the front counter.

Don’t come here, the employees here are just retarted. lady at the drive through made me pay for someone else’s order thinking it was my mobile order, when it wasn’t and said my mobile order didn’t go through, then i payed for the wrong order and the card went through (for someone else’s order) still haven’t gotten refunded for THEM MAKING PAYING FOR THE WRONG ORDER. i’ve been waiting here for 50 minutes it makes no sense.
