Mcdonald's - Monroe

I have to say the employees and owners were great. My daughter and I had lunch this afternoon. Unfortunately, she dropped her fries on the ground and I asked for a broom to clean up our mess. After cleansing (from the Franchisee) to my surprise he gave me another order of the Pommes. Very friendly and unnecessary, but very appreciated. Kindness goes far. Thanks again.

Update 5/29/2022: Yesterday after work at about 7:00 a.m. to buy a medium chocolate shake. I went in there usually is better for me because I don't have to reach anything. I was instantly helped and ordered a medium chocolate shake and a mosquito sandwich with small frits. the sum was $8.09. Not bad. Even the food was ready immediately! perfect for fast food! Will be back when I have a chocolate shake gift! Been here pre Covid and post COVID, for most part, I had a good experience here. Yesterday here to get a middle Shamrock Shake and a little pommes. This time I went in because it's easier. Something to note is that their journey through is always busy, and sometimes it is better to go inside. Inside, was instantly helped, I gave them my order and it was ready as soon as I placed it! simple and fun experience, will be back for another Shamrock Shake soon!

This McDonald's in Monroe NY is the best. Friendly service from all in the drive through and your never missing items. I work in Monroe and live in Montgomery NY. I would rather go to this McDonald's rather than because they are sooooooooo much nicer, more professional and take care of your food ordered. It's always important.

I visit McDonald's every day, and I'm not exaggerating! Every morning, as I begin my busy and hectic day, I always grab my apple and strawberry cream pies. It's become a daily routine for me!
