Przekaż informację zwrotnąI remember when longhorn used to be good. now, the service is absolutely TERRIBLE.. when we went they weren’t even busy and we waited for the hostess at the front for around 15 mins.. not to mention there was a 25 min wait, buts that’s only because pretty much every empty table in the restaurant was still a mess.
The ribeye was excellent, cooked to a perfect medium. The sweet potato and cesar salad were also good. However, the Texas tononion was a little overcooked to my taste. The Whiskey Sour was found to be lacking too. Overall a pleasant experience though.
We sat at the bar where we ordered dinner. Our server, Susan, was ideal: prompt, professional, friendly, attentive. My husband was disappointed in his steak sandwich; the ribeye was sliced too thin and arrived well done when ordered rare. He didn’t say a word until the next day! I’m sure Susan would have been upset that his food was way below par. On the other hand, my strawberry salad with grilled salmon was fantastic. Although I would like a longer wine list, I would go back.
We came to longhorn's motherday. I tried to make a reservation, but was said on Friday morning, they do not make any reservations. they said they would call 30 minutes before the arrival. so I had to be put on the list. I was told to wait two hours, so I checked in when I arrived. so my wait should have been at most 1 hour and 30 minutes. after 3 hours, and the people just board and give one table. I wanted to talk to the manager. she was so rude. about 30 minutes later. my sister wanted to ask what's going on. at this time, one of the 4 people came into the face of my sister, as if he wanted to meet her, in the writing that was a man. I've never seen such a behavior. I've eaten here. but never again. after almost 4 hours we left. I'd never be back.
Waited over an hour to sit only to realize that we were passed on by several people. we have not received an apology or even admit it. the manager acted as if it hadn't happened after we picked it up. completely ignored. I know it's not the server error. I think she covered her back end and sits at a time too many people and therefore we sat and waited with everyone on the table to take our order.
