Chuck E Cheese - Monroe

Had a great experience for my son's birthday party. It could have been a little more organized but, as busy as they were, they did a fantastic job. We opted for the cake provided by the facility for the party and everyone was very happy with it. It was moist and delicious. The facility appeared very clean. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about the kids. When the ticket muncher malfunctioned there was a staff member immediately available to fix it. My son left a toy on the counter and they called to let us know they had put up for us to come back and pick up. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend for birthday parties.

My kids had a blast. The cashier was nice and friendly. She even convinced me to purchase a 4.76 cup. Which I felt good about. Free refills each visit. Chucky took a photo with my daughter. It was adorable from her reaction. Looking forward to getting my 5.00 worth of visits of soda tp pay for that expensive cute cup
