Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited the restaurant this morning on my way to work and inquired about their passion fruit tea, which I was told they had. It was quite busy, so I waited patiently. After a lengthy wait, I was running late for work, so I checked on my drink and was informed that they actually didn’t have it. This was very frustrating! The staff member mentioned he would refund me through my app, but when I checked on my way to work, I found that I hadn’t received the refund. It’s really annoying to wait for nothing! I believe I deserve either my drink or my money back, especially since I live on the other side of town and don’t visit often.
The drinks are consistently incorrect, and the staff members are rude. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the overall experience was disappointing. The price was between $20 and $30 per person, but the food quality, service, and atmosphere all rated just 1 out of 5.
Just got back from waiting 30 minutes for a grande PSL. Got to work, opened the lid and it's only 3/4 full. $6+ for that drink. I won't go back to the Monona location.
I've continually had bad service at this location. It's especially frustrating when the barista is actively complaining about making your drink while you stand there, embarrassed feeling like you did something wrong. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Service: 2
This Starbucks has friendly staff and great service. If something isn't made right, they are happy to correct it. Parking: The parking lot in front of the store is limited. There is more behind the store. It is connected to a larger parking lot if you can walk a little farther. Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10
