The service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and we could see it sitting there for 15 minutes before we finally received it. The employees seemed indifferent to how quickly they processed orders. As city dwellers, we can confidently say this is the worst service we've experienced.

The experience was average. The tables weren't clean, which meant we couldn't sit where we preferred. Additionally, some items were out of stock for customer use. However, the food was decent with good portion sizes. The staff were friendly and politely helpful when I inquired about certain items, which was appreciated.
