Kfc - Monmouth

Waited over 30 minutes. Then got a refund. that is an insane ammount of time to wait for fast food.

A and W inside the KFC, diet root beer is the bomb.

3rd time in 3 weeks that I went through the drive through ordered a classic chicken sandwich received the spicy chicken sandwich. Very disappointed.

First off the young guy that took our order was very kind.By far the worst fast food I've ever touched. Waited 30 mins+ for 2 chicken Tender boxes... everything was stale and cold.This place is way too busy with pickup that they neglect their customers sitting inside. (We were the only customers dinning in) ? highly disappointed with the food. We attempted to eat our dinner that we traveled 35 mins for but decided against it as we didn't know if it was cold for so long it could make us sick.... Again, the young guy who took our order did his best and was very kind.

Worst KFC ever. Way over cooked. 1st person in lobby next day to return it and seating area was trashed. Person behind the counter had the personality of a brick wall. Didn't even look like KFC chicken looks like store bought chicken then cooked there.
