Dumplings Plus - Monash

A few years ago, I experienced food poisoning after eating dumplings from Dumplings Plus, which resulted in two days of diarrhoea. Despite this, I decided to give it a second chance recently for a quick meal, only to once again suffer from food poisoning and diarrhoea for another two days. It seems that their food handling practices are questionable, as they may not be keeping their bain maries hot enough or ensuring proper food rotation to maintain safe temperatures. It's concerning that they may not be using thermometers to monitor food temperatures. After speaking to others, I learned that this is a recurring issue for many diners. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant unless you want to risk getting sick.

I was searching for a quick and convenient meal to take on-the-go. This restaurant was the perfect choice. The server was incredibly kind and friendly, and the portion sizes were generous. They also followed COVID restrictions, which was reassuring to see.

Disappointed in the presentation and taste. Looks good, but looks can be deceiving. Dumplings were sad and sorry.

Located in Chadstone and wanted a quick lunch. AWhile my meal was alright, i wouldn't be rushing back.
