Burger King - Monaca

Order 2 wurst sandwiches, asked to be added ketchup. to say we can't do that we give them packages! eating is cold! I have eaten several times here. Never had a problem until today when she didn't ketchup on my sandwiches. alone never served cold sausage

Order 2 meals. They gave us 1 drink had to ask for the other drink. The employee said joking about the other employee who only gave us 1 drink said she is slacking. To top it off the fries tasted old, they were cold. The sandwich wasn't that good either. I didn't even get my receipt.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The lady in the drive-thru was rude and seemed to have no work ethic. It was as if she didn't want me to order any food. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The young man who took our order was very polite, and professional. He repeated the order back to me and that helps.

Don't come here. Bad attitudes, dirty dining room. I ask for a bacon cheese burger with mayo and pickle only. What i got was ketchup and pickle. She put mustard and pickle.My mom got a whopper w/ no cheese. She wanted the vegetables got two tomatoes and over load of mayo. Clearly no one cares here. Won't come back. My check bumber was #1887.
