Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe last three times I’ve come in here. I have ordered the same sub, and they have forgotten to put the gyro meat on it. So I decided to call and actually voice my opinion about it a guy answers the phone. I asked him if something changed about the sandwich that I’m not aware of. He proceeds to tell me “I don’t know” I said well I figure you would kind of know what’s on the sandwich he goes “I just answer phones” so then I ask him if he has a manager or somebody I can speak to to ask this question and he says “nope just me” I mean one would have to ask if he’s the only person there which I know he’s not, but let’s just say he was. How does he make food? If he doesn’t even know what comes on something the way he gives generic responses I doubt he can even read so it’s unlikely he can read from a screen what to put on it. As a longtime customer I just don’t know if I’m gonna bother going back at this point that kind of rudeness is just poor class of business.

Best wings in Pittsburgh. Amazing variety in sauces and rubs. A word of caution though... You better like crispy wings. If not, this place isn't for you.
We Ordered extra ranch got zero ranch. The hot honey garlic is just all honey and was disappointing. I've been to multiple different BSB and it's so inconsistent. The actual wings and sandwiches are good the service needs some fine tuning.
Employees went above and beyond to help us out. would recommend!
