La Dispensa - MOLVENO

Great food and varied staff, very courteous and excellent value for money. the environment is very well maintained and the outdoor tables pleasantly ventilated despite the heat. absolutely recommended. slightly outside the village but a few minutes from the lake path.

We were there by chance, looking for a place where we could eat a bite at lunch while we were in Molveno and many of the known places were closed. given the excellent reviews we decided to try and wait, given the hotel of which the restaurant is part, it was so much. the location is beautiful and very well maintained, but the hotel in question is of a certain level. we were immediately greeted by a very distinguished and professional waitress (it is not from all nowadays) who sat at a table outside providing us with the menus. the menu is quite varied and offers dishes for all goi, even common if we want, but in a key of the Trentino. we waited very little for the chosen dishes and expectations were respected. while we enjoyed our dishes came rain and immediately we were proposed a table inside, but we preferred to stay out to enjoy the environment and the place that remains in any beautiful condition. We will definitely return to this restaurant because we intend to try other dishes of the menu. Surely if you don't know where to go, choose this place and go to the safe. the prices are appropriate for the location and quality of the dishes, at the end with 20 euros per person we took a plate of choice and a head of water so as not to say anything excessive and the expense is totally worth the place. Is part of the hotel du lac, it is good to report it given the little indications like the pantry. really interesting menu with well-worked local products. ravioli with stuffed rabbit meat and truffles are exceptional, although too few. the potato dumplings at the red turnip did not get us excited. good and plentiful appetizers, the molveno croston stands out for taste. I do not give the most because the prices are very high, especially in certain courses I found an imbalance between the offer and the cost of the dish.

Ottimo cibo e personale vario, molto cortese e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'ambiente è molto ben mantenuto e i tavoli all'aperto piacevolmente ventilati nonostante il calore.
