It 's a chain, they have 4 vegan rolls and a few (2-3) vegetarian ones. Miso soup is without fish juice. Menu is clearly marked. And the best part: it 's even pretty good food. Appena arrivati, abbiamo trovato subito parcheggio, il che è già un grande vantaggio, considerando che il ristorante non dispone di un parcheggio privato, ma ci sono buone possibilità di parcheggio nelle strade vicine. Il ristorante è pulito e ben organizzato. Tuttavia, non è un "tutto quello che puoi mangiare", ma vi assicuro che i piatti che troverete qui valgono decisamente la pena di essere assaggiati. Questo non è il solito pesce che siamo abituati a trovare nei vari ristoranti giapponesi e cinesi; qui servono il vero SUSHI, con pesce fresco, senza contare la RAMEN. Ne sono letteralmente entusiasta. Che altro dire? Un grande applauso al servizio e a tutto lo staff del ristorante ZUSHI TRENTO, bravissimi, continuate così!
