Consorzio Factory - Modica

I went to consorzi while I visited a friend. sicilians are known for their eating and I was treated with crazy nice things all week. but consorzio was excellent. we have served some amazing drinks next to eating. the young here have traveled well and they can see that through their unique menu, but the whole time they truly keep their Sicilian roots. they use local and super fresh ingredients for their food and drinks that need to help. my only thing with this bar is that it is unfortunately from where I live. very excited to come back to see some live music, eat more food and drink some delicious drinks. thanks for the hospitality. I'll see you again.

Nice place and beautiful people, good pizza, but too high music (we were sitting in.) normal dialogue with a person in front of you is a struggle. I also have this to lower it, but without any feedback. I honestly don't understand the need to keep music at an ideal level for a disco. be a pub that you should simply prefer dialogue and music should only do as a background. sin!
