Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This is a great, straightforward chicken restaurant. I really enjoy their chicken salad. They also offer tasty chicken tenders with sides like french fries and fried potatoes, as well as delicious sauces. The chicken and bread are both delicious. The restaurant appears to be clean, safe, and very popular.

I gave this restaurant a low rating because of recent changes in staff. I used to work at the Walmart nearby and would come in regularly for my favorite dish, the Kickin' Chicken sandwich with tongue torch sauce. However, since the start of the pandemic, there have been numerous mistakes in my orders. If I ask for extra toppings, I receive less. The chicken in my sandwich is not fully cooked and lacks flavor. The staff seems lazy and careless in their work. I just ask that they do their job properly.

I recently visited a restaurant and had a disappointing experience. There was no one in line in front of or behind me, yet I still had to wait without being seated or served. When I finally got my order, it was cold because it had been left sitting on a cold surface instead of being kept warm. I was not impressed with the food quality and felt let down by the overall experience. The restaurant did not live up to my expectations, especially considering their reputation for serving hot and fresh meals.

Went through the drive through tonight and And spent over dollars. we could tell the chicken had been sitting under the light for a hot minute. was dry and Luke warm. by the time we got home it was awful. so dissatisfied and won't be back. do better zaxbys.

Drive through is terribly slow... Be taking like minutes for an order.
