Jason's Deli - Mobile

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant on Friday, Jeremiah provided excellent customer service. I received the help I needed and had a great time with the night shift team, including Zechariah and Allissa. Overall, a 5-star rating for their exceptional service.

We had visited Jason’s Deli a long time ago, but hadn't been back in a while simply because we weren't in the area. Today we returned and rediscovered that Jason’s has an excellent salad bar with a variety of toppings that make for a satisfying and healthy meal. The restaurant is very clean, the workers are friendly and helpful, and they take pride in their work with big smiles. My reuben sandwich was tasty and not too salty, and the sauces were delicious as well. I signed up for their rewards program, which is very generous and includes a free dessert on your birthday. Today was a great day as we found a new go-to restaurant for our weekly outings. Thank you, Jason’s Deli, for welcoming back an old friend.

I called ahead to pick up our order at this restaurant, but there was a mix-up with the order and it was put on hold. I ended up speaking to a friend to order the beef brisket sandwich with au jus (like a French dip sandwich). We only had 30 minutes to order and pick up our food, then eat at our desks. We were hoping for something delicious - no, just a quick and satisfying meal.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are consistently tasty, the potatoes are huge, and the salads are equally delicious and diverse. They also serve ice cream. What stands out the most is the exceptional service. Every staff member deserves praise and a tip, but a special shoutout to Philip for being incredibly attentive and efficient in handling multiple customers at once. He is a major reason why we keep returning to this place.

My first dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. They even provide complimentary ice cream. We will definitely be back.
