Przekaż informację zwrotnąUsually don't have any issues with this location. Previous visit I waited 25 minutes for my drive-thru food after I paid for it, with no explanation. Food was correct, fries were undercooked and burger was perfect.
Arrived at about 4:30 am in the drive through line and was told the system was down and it would take 10 minutes. I sat at the speaker and asked about 6 minutes later would someone let me know when it would be up. There was no response. I pulled aroundand called 4 times no answer but seen this worker on her phone sitting down. Two other cars where behind me in line and didn?torder anything either. When I finally got someone on the phone I told him we were sitting here a while and he then said hebelieve I was calling the wrong location. I told him I was looking at him from the window and then he told someone I was there.A worker came to the window and said the system was down and I told her I called several times nobody answered and I even triedto talk through the speaker nobody said anything. Then she tried to tell me she was tied up doing things and making sandwichesand I informed her that I seen someone sitting on their phone the whole time.
This is the worst Whataburger I have ever experienced. I never knew their quality could be so bad. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this establishment.

I observed a worker on their phone instead of addressing the issue. More cars arrived behind me but left without ordering due to the system being down. After finally reaching someone over the phone, I was initially told I had the wrong location, only to later have a worker confirm my presence. When a worker finally acknowledged me at the window, they claimed the system was down and mentioned they were busy making sandwiches. I expressed my frustration at the lack of communication and the worker sitting on their phone throughout the ordeal.
I had never been to this restaurant before, but my husband was enthusiastic for me to give it a try. However, our experience was disappointing. The staff rushed us through ordering, then informed us they were out of salads and Dr. Pepper. When we received our food back at the hotel, the fries and onion rings were cold and overcooked. To make matters worse, we had ordered cheeseburgers with all the fixings, but our burgers arrived without cheese, lettuce, tomato, or mustard. It was a letdown for sure.
