Little Caesars Pizza - Mobile

I will never eat here again. I ordered my food from the app (don 't. , was given a time 20 minutes later for my food to be ready. Twenty minutes later, I stood and waited twenty minutes MORE for them to cook my food. I was given a burnt pizza and disgusting cheese bread, falling apart and pooled with grease. When I asked them to fix this, I was informed that all of our pizzas look like this . Other customers returning burnt and charred pizzas were being told the same thing. They refunded my pizza and replaced my cheese bread with one completely devoid of toppings other than cheese, which was of course not what I asked for. I would rather eat anywhere in the world other than here.

Over time this Little Caesar's have been going down here. Some of the employees are flat out rude. Pizza are hardly ever hot n ready. And then they try and charge you for an extra most bestest but give you regular pizza. When I was there last time a pizza fell on the floor and they still tried to hand it to a customer in front of me and got upset when she refused that pizza. On the same visit they gave me a pizza with half a crust. I got a hold of corporate and yet nothing has been done to change anything there. I don't see this store being open much longer if things keep going this way which is to bad since I love Little Caesar's pizza and cheese bread.

Not only was my food cold... but when we cried back, the little girl, who answered, was rude and the other girl in the background thought it was creepy that we had cold food and laughed like a hyena. He was proud to tell us that we should return in the rain with the pizza and the ticket for a swap. Or as long as we brought the pizza and the ticket, because they knew it was fresh!!

Went to get a pizza and cheese bread, But all I had was rolled to quarters and the lady said we can not take that wow it is money and with the lack most places wanted the change oh well, what homemade lunch is much cheaper

I know why these little caesars are so much better than those in Theodore, Alabama. You better have everything from customer service to the quality of the food. This little caesars will be better than the 9m Theodore.
