Chili's Grill - Mobile

I'm heading to Chili's, but I've noticed that the chefs seem to just throw things on a plate without any real care or passion for cooking anymore. The dining experience has really declined, with meals coming together in a haphazard way. This time, I ordered a side of corn, but the waitress decided to put it on my companion's plate instead of bringing a side plate for me. It felt really inconsiderate. How is that acceptable?

Secondly, I suspect that much of the food is now microwaved. We were told by the waitress that the broccoli was steamed, but when we saw it, it had black spots and seemed like it had just been heated in a microwave. We sent it back because we couldn’t eat it. The waitress claimed those black spots were from steaming, but if that were the case, how could she say it was microwaved? We also ordered the triple appetizer for $17.99, intending to get two orders of Southwestern egg rolls and an order of boneless chicken wings, as the menu suggests you can choose any three appetizers for that price. However, the waitress accused us of ordering three separate appetizers, and when we disputed this, the manager insisted we needed to clarify this at the time of ordering. How were we supposed to know how our order would be presented? I’m really dissatisfied with this visit. I would advise others to save their money and time and avoid this place for the sake of their sanity!

This is the third time my order has been incorrect. The service is terrible—they seem indifferent and quite lazy. I really enjoy Chili's, but this location definitely needs new staff or management, or perhaps some better oversight.

The worst experience I've ever had. on Monday she called on to make sure that they can treat a party of 20 plus on the following Sunday, talking to a manager who made sure they could. Sunday an hour early advised, only in case it was a time and of course. was an hour after my arrival, my gast began to come, I had already ordered appetizers for them, so they have something to eat while waiting for meal. no server wanted to wait for the party, but a server. she was patient, we were patient and everything went well until the manager from behind came two hours later and told me that she couldn't take us at all and that we had to go and didn't have to worry about the appetizers we had already ordered to go easy. this was a dinner for my daughter in the 21st birthday of the law and this manager completely ruined it. the wet and the manager in this night was so rude and dismayable that it was incredible.

Walked in 25 minutes waiting. Asked if we could go to the bar and order was told yes. We got no menu. And when we sat down on of the server made a comment about us sitting there. No one gave us menus no one waited on us. We waited 10 minutes with servers walking in and out of the kitchen no one acknowledged our existence. Maybe because we were bikers? Will never go back there again
