Przekaż informację zwrotnąFirst and foremost, I want to highlight that their BBQ is priced very reasonably, especially compared to other local restaurants that charge double for ribs and brisket. As for the food, I sampled the spare ribs and brisket. I had ordered flat-cut brisket but was served point cuts instead (no big deal). Overall, the meat was cooked well: tender and delicious. The ribs weren't quite fall-off-the-bone level, but they were still cooked decently. The brisket was well-trimmed and flavorful, with a perfect bark and great smoky essence. My only minor complaint would be the seasoning; it was a bit light, which seemed to resemble Carolina style, so I felt the need to add some sauce. Personally, I prefer Texas-style BBQ, which is typically well-seasoned with just salt and pepper and can be enjoyed without any sauce. However, this preference doesn't deter me from recommending their BBQ. The service was also warm and impeccable.
We visited this restaurant during the Scots on the Rocks festival, and it was bustling! We anticipated a long wait for our food, but surprisingly, it arrived quite quickly. The service in the bar area for both food and drinks was excellent. My family really enjoyed the dry-rubbed ribs—so flavorful that they didn't even need any sauce. I ordered the wedge salad with champagne dressing and the beer-battered fries, which I dipped in their house sauce. Delicious! We were so hungry that we forgot to take any photos of our food.
Treat yourself to the brisket—it's rich and juicy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious! The pulled pork is good too, but that brisket really hit the spot after a long ride. I wasn't particularly impressed with the coleslaw, but it wasn’t bad either. Plus, they have root beer on tap!
I ate here my first night in Moab, the bar is in the back. Karen was my bartender and she was fabulous. The beers were ice cold and the BBQ was pretty awesome too. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. They have five different sauces, my favs were theHot and the Mustard. Pulled pork was delicious too and the Mac and cheese was pretty dang tasty also. Great atmosphere in here.Prices were very reasonable too!
The service was great and the wait staff was very friendly. We wanted to love this place, but the meat was dry and the sauces were just ok.
