Milt's Stop Eat - Moab

Simple and delicious food. The brisket sandwich was flavorful, tender, and filling. The peach milkshake is my new favorite.

Cool old school spot. A lot of options on the menu for a good price. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. The fries were also really good, they were like a cross between a potato wedge and a potato chip, haven’t had fries like that before. Milkshake was the cherry on top. Highly recommend after a long day at the parks.

Milt's was recommended to us by our biking guide for their milk shakes and she was not wrong. I don't know if I ever remember seeing that many flavors and they were all excellent. The burgers and fries were pretty good as well. Great lunch!!

As locals from Moab, Milt’s has always been our favorite burger, fries shake stop! We’ve enjoyed delicious food from Milt’s with each visit, except for our last which was August 1, 2023. The burgers tasted like Jimmie Dean breakfast sausage (a milder version). The burger was flat, edges smooth (90° ‘S between top surface side edge of patty) and the patty perfectly round! For a burger joint known for their hand pressed patty, this last visit made us wonder if there has been a change in supplier, is it still local beef? We also wonder if the way the meat is cooked has changed? Maybe grill is seasoned differently ? The texture of the burger was weird too; it tasted like tiny grizzle balls pressed into a burger. Quite sad! The standard shake has always been chocolate for us, when we picked up the chocolate shake from the window, it wasn’t recognizable as a Milt’s shake! It had whip cream chocolate syrup across the top! Much like a McDonald’s shake. The fries are always delicious, except for this last trip, they were so grease soaked, the bag was nearly see-through! What’s up with these changes? To make matters even worst, both me my husband had loud churning noises in our stomach's, which eventually lead to cramps diarrhea!
