Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Great atmosphere and amazing customer service. Food seems to be lesser quality, not a huge deal, but I about hit the ceiling when I got a bill for $73 for dinner for two. Prices have gone up but I didn't realize 2 burgers and an apatizer were now over 70 bucks. Unfortunately we cannot keep eating here. I understand we are all just trying to survive inflation and the Brandon administration but I've also gotta buy gas to get to work. I'm gonna miss this place ?

Came to Missoula Red Robin 7/7:30pm on 3-19-22 The server was great. Was a very busy place at that time. But the staff was doing their best! We had a 15-20 minute wait. All in all it was good. I ordered the cheesy Bacon fondue burger. The cheese sauce should have been filled more. Also the server should not have brought my burger out and stated ?We are waiting for the Cheese Sauce to finish in the Microwave? yikes. Quite the turn off.

Delicious appetizers and burgers to eat for the whole family while playing eye spy with all the great art work on the walls. Fast and friendly staff makes this a perfect place for lunch or dinner after shopping in the attached mall.

The food was decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. It started off well, but once we received our meals, the quality of service declined. I never got a refill on my drink, despite asking twice. Our server hardly acknowledged us, and after waiting over 14 minutes, I had to ask the person at the table next to ours if she could get our check. I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed, but if they can’t manage the number of tables, they shouldn’t take them on. Red Robin's quality has really dropped in the past year, and I’m not inclined to return.

My son took me out for a birthday dinner after a long day of driving and hard work. We were promptly seated by a lovely hostess. Our waiter, Danny, was the highlight of the entire experience! He was funny, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Despite how busy the restaurant was, Danny made us feel like royalty. The food was, of course, very good, but the exceptional service provided by Danny truly elevated the culinary experience!
