Applebee's - Missoula

I rated the service and atmosphere a 3 because they were just average. While there was some service, it lacked warmth—where were the smiles? Where was the friendly conversation? What has happened?! My basic burger with cheese arrived lukewarm, and the fries were overly salted. There was even pepper available at the table, so there was no need for the kitchen to assume that we wanted so much seasoning. The fries were also on the cooler side. The mozzarella sticks, too, came out lukewarm. To top it all off, I received four oversized receipts printed automatically—one for the business. Here are a couple of suggestions: 1. Cut back on the seasoning for the fries. 2. Save on register paper by avoiding double printing the receipts.

I ordered Curbside To Go and was informed it would take about 20 minutes. I arrived exactly on time and parked in the designated pickup lane. There was a sign stating to wait for someone to come outside, but no one did. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes without any service, and cars piled up behind me, also waiting. I understand they might be short-staffed, but if that's the case, they should consider turning off the take-out option. It's disappointing because I really love their wonton tacos.

Now, let's talk about the food—it's absolutely delicious! Kudos to the chefs! My wife and I usually order the same dish because everything on the menu is fantastic too. We love the mac-and-cheese pasta with honey-dipped chicken strips; it's simply divine! The pasta is cooked perfectly, and the blend of cheese with the honey sauce is wonderfully savory. The chicken strips are made with moist white meat and have an amazing crispy batter! The breadstick that comes with it has a soft, doughy interior and a slightly sweet, fried exterior... YUM! For our appetizer, we ordered mozzarella sticks, which had a delicious crispy crust and gooey, warm cheese inside. And I appreciate the two-for-one deals—a wonderful choice of one appetizer and two main courses. It's a great place to eat!

Cassie was the best! Great attitude. She provided the best customer service we've had in years, anywhere. She anticipated our every need. We ordered the AYCE wings. Our drinks were never empty. Thank you Cassie, we'll be back to see you.

This adventure today has taken us a bit fancy like a date night here at this Applebee?s got the restaurant and it wasn?t to busy but it was an experience well worth it we got sat quick and got here right at half off happy hour appetizers and well as soon asthe waitress showed up you could tell she knew the food and the menu very well my waitress was Liz C top notch service frombeing consistent checking on the table to being able to direct me to best recommendations for something to eat. The table wasclean glasses were kept full and food was not rushed and came out cooked right from the appetizers we got which I got to say theBuffalo wings were perfectly cooked and not over sauced and while we still had apps on the table and entrees were ready she gavethe curtesy of asking if we were ready or not which is rare to have happen and one incredible thing is I had asked what disheswere favorites and let her decide and she hit what I was looking for head on. So with all that being said it is a place I willcontinue to go to and enjoy the services and food and environment and I give the cooks 5 out of 5 and waitress 5 out of 5 keepit going
