Arby's - Mint Hill

I ordered here yesterday. the order was correct, the food was good, the staff were great! extremely friendly, friendly and fast! many thanks for their hospitality!

I was really disappointed with that burger.It looked much better in pictures than in real life.The chicken ranch was horrible just like eating a piece of cardboard.A total waste of time, health, and money.

This Arby's on Albemarle Road Charlotte is the slowest supposedly fast food restaurant I've ever been to. If you are the owner or manager of this establishment you should know that you need to hire more people. Me and my friend waited over 30 minutes in a line of five cars( that's over six minutes per car) just to get two beverages.

They messed up my order and when I went to back to get it fixed they didn’t. They were about to fix it when a woman came to the window and said she remembered my order. Then she repeated the wrong order back to me. She wanted me to pay the difference because I couldn’t provide her with a receipt. I didn’t get one when I paid so she said it should have been on the bag but the bag didn’t have it. It seemed like she had an excuse for everything.

Quick service, French fries were not hot but overall good food.
