Burger King - Minocqua

The new management brought this store 5 notches! Food is hot, fast, right and very good!

I'm a volunteer fireman for Minocqua, Wisconsin. Yesterday, April 29, I stopped at Minocqua Burger King for lunch. Shortly after my lunch, before I could eat, my pager went for a wildland fire, at what time I left my lunch and went to the call. Today, 30. April, I was determined to try the Sauerteigburger I ordered yesterday but not to eat. Today I mentioned to my customer that yesterday I didn't get the chance to try my order, but I was decided today. The management came to me gave me my money back and said we understand that you couldn't eat yesterday because you were called to duty, we want to buy your lunch and thank you for your service). Although I do not expect anything for my service as a fireman, this act of kindness by the manager at this Minocqua Burger King is beyond and above all I would have ever expected. Thanks for the kind and generous recognition. Great service.

I enjoy this Burger King most! I am a very special person when it comes to food and make adjustments to almost everything I order. I love my pickles on my sandwiches and my many pickles. This special Burger King is very successful in meeting this request from Pickles. These are also very friendly and personal and have never received a setting with my change request on my orders. Thanks to Minocqua Burger King and keep rocking your great customer service!
