Boba Zone Ii - Minneha

The remodel looks fantastic, and the taro milk tea with boba is just as good as it was when I first had it. The service was fantastic, the place was clean and the employees and owners were super nice. I absolutely recommend Boba Zone II and am so happy they are open again!

Love the boba here, love the remodel, a tad bit disappointed to see that the customer service atmosphere still hasn’t changed. I used to come in and they would just stare me down, no greet, kinda like I was a bothersome. Today I came in when it was busy, May they probably have been stressed due to it being so busy, but I saw the whispers and side eyes when it was my turn at the register.

Boba zone is amazing! The owners, Cielo Alex, and their staff are very kind, professional, and dedicated to providing great boba tea as well as other delicious options and excellent customer service ! I highly recommend Boba Zone! Also the interior is really cute!

Staff was awesome and had my boba ready in not even 5 seconds after I paid. Felt very comfortable to sit and drink but was heading for a road trip. I felt that there wasn't much chai flavor in the beverage itself but overall was worth the price.

Seems like a great place but they are out of everything. I guess they are closing for a month. So I'll see what I think when they reopen fully stocked. They have all the good smoothies, slushes, coffee, and milk tea options. Even some odd and obscure flavors. Their menu pictures are accurate as of now. Decent pricing. They have boba, jelly, and popping pearls on their menu. They have been out of most of them. So I haven't been able to try many flavors. What I have tried is good though. If they stay stocked I would recommend this place.
