I ordered from doordash so i could check before, but like where’s my bun? where’s my fries? what is this? i will NOT be eating from here
Got to the drive thru and the guy was mumbling in the speaker, wasn’t speaking loud enough even after saying “what was that?” Many times. Get to the window and the guy is pretty much whispering our order back so we still can’t hear him, the cook has headphones in not listening to the drive thru guy and goofing off, drive thru guy tells us to pull around to the side even though there was no one behind us. We’re waiting and watching these two guy goof off and just mess around rather then actually make our food. Then we get our food and ALL 3 ORDERS are absolutely wrong. Please fix? I love Jack n the box but I will stop coming if need be. Customer service was terrible, food wasn’t bad besides it was messed up. Thank you

Very expensive, paid $40 for just me and my husband to eat. We went through the drive through. The manager was yelling at the employees about them eating, so the employees were all jumpy. The only thing good was the mozzarella sticks, well that was the only thing hot. Curly frys were not even cooked all the way, no sauce on our burgers... will not eat here again. For that price we could have went somewhere to sit down and eat, plus my daughter too, and would have only paid a little over $40.
