Mesquite Pit - Mineral Wells

We went at 6:00 and it was pretty busy, that was my first time here. Our waitress had a full license plate and could still take care of us without any problems. We both got the chicken fried steak, I decided for the call that was a dollar more and it was worth it! Genuine potatoes and engraving, with a few crisp fried Okra. The strawberry daqarie met after a long hard day of work at our non-profit reptile rescue Living Wild Outside. Def recommend this place and will be back!!

Some of the best food in this part of Texas comes from Mesquite Pit here in Mineral Wells. The manager, Phebie Fox, trains her staff to please her customers. All of fried green onions, grilled catfish, chicken roast steak, grilled ribeye and salads are the best in this area. The ambience is also very comfortable and relaxing.

Absolutely the best steak I've had for a long time!! Every penny really worth!!! Madi was a blessing and took care of us!! 20 STARS!!!

First-class customer service! The meal was of course wonderful, but the service was great. I didn't have to wait for my call. I asked for a gallon of sweet tea and they let him iron for me. The extra is very appreciated.

The ribs are perfect every time. If you want to try something different try their smoked salmon. It is one of my favorites. Have been to the Mesquite Pit in Mineral Wells and Weatherford. Both places have great people working there. Easy to tell they thrive on making sure you have a good night and meal with them.
