Crazy 8´s Sports Grill - Mineral Wells

Bartenders were extremely rude and there was someone in the bar as well ganging up on a customer that had spent over $250 (Food and drinks for a whole table) meanwhile no one was being in any way belligerent and just trying to celebrate a friends birthday in a small town. I would not recommend spending your hard earned dollars here as they could care less about the customer

How the hell are you supposed to handle when the baker hotel opens when you run out of food on a saturday at 7:30pm. maybe the old people need to shutdown shop and let people that can handle it run it! And WHO TF USES TABLE SALT TO DRESS BEER?!

If the service was bad and the food was great I say ok. If the food was bad and the service was great I’d say ok. But unfortunately both were bad. This place has nothing going for it. The waitress/bartender was a bit rude and curt with me. They have a sub par selection of beer and liquor. Their menu looks promising but the food is poor. I ordered a beer and was reviewing the menu. Then when I put the menu down (a good indicator I’m ready to order) it took at least 10 minutes for her to ask me what I wanted. I ordered jalapeño poppers and a bacon cheeseburger. I saw the poppers get finished and placed under the warmer but alas another 10 minutes elapsed before I was given them. Then the burger arrived. It was covered in grease, the fries were both overcooked and limp, zero crisp. The patty was a bit rubbery. I only ate 1 fry and finished the burger patty but left the bun and toppings. The jalapeño poppers tasted good but they were nearly $9 for something I coulda gotten from a fast food restaurant. The burger was 0/10 and frankly deserved a lower score. Only good part about the meal was the beer. I don’t know how this place stays afloat. The line cook needs to take pride in his job and the waitress needs to learn something about customer service. Only thing I can say is the management isn’t doing their job ensuring their employees take pride in their craft. I didn’t pick the restaurant, wish I’d pushed to go elsewhere.

The last time we had eaten here the service wasn’t the best. our server forgot a lot of things and it made us hesitant about coming back. we decided to give it a shot and today we had the best service our waitress was named lindsey and she was amazing. didn’t forget about anything and took the time to make sure the orders were right. i’m glad we gave it another shot. i definitely recommend going here the food is phenomenal.
