Hue Vietnamese Bay View - Milwaukee

Every month, we go to try a new restaurant we haven't visited before. One of my passengers has been sneaking off to eat at different places, and his companion has been indulging in cocktails. I suggested we try Vietnamese cuisine for our February dinner since we had never experienced it before, and it turned out to be a great choice. The food was incredible, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We tend to dine early, while most people are still on their way home, so we had the whole place to ourselves until we were about halfway through our meal. This allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the environment and receive attentive service while learning more about the restaurant. We’re definitely planning to return for more visits!

Everything was delicious! The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will definitely be going back!

First time back in a while and continues to be an excellent restaurant. Great selection on the menu and the ingredients are all really well prepared and fresh. Staff is always friendly and attentive. There is a great array from mild to spicy and nice choices.

This is a great neighborhood restaurant with friendly service and good food. Appetizers were great as were mains. The restaurant itself was freezing, though, which was uncomfortable. When asked the server told us we could turn off the overhead fan, but there wasn't a way to adjust the a/c.
