We have eaten many times in the Milton area and noticed how busy the restaurant has always been, thinking that this be a good sign. However.. we ordered the Szechwan chicken and cripy lanb chops. The chicken is covered in bread crumbs..no sauce and the lamb was more like Ribs, also covered in bread crumbs. We also asked for stir fried seasonal veg but when they came, they had very obviously been cooked with MSG, so I sent them back. we were charge for the veg even though we didn't eat then. So not value for money either. We would not return
Great authentic food. Favourite chinese restaurant to go to!
Don't ask for this or I won't complete reviews XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The food was shocking and it was so overpriced! My friend and I bought the Deep Fried King Pawns Maple Style We got Prawns probably medium size and they had a chocolate sauce drizzled over them disgusting the sauce was like the chocolate sauce you get for an icecream sundae not real chocolate but fake. Usually if you serve chocolate with something savoury it would be a very bitter dark chocolate. However the menu says Maple Style which we thought would be a maple sauce similar to a honey sauce you get in other restaurants. Who serves fake chocolate sauce with Prawns. The Garnish for the prawns was a wilted piece of parsley stuck on a wilted slice of courgette with a toothpick! Their stir fried mixed seasonal vegetables was next. It was slices of celery with a few bits of bok choy thrown in and a couple of big chunks of red capsicum as well as slices of carrots I'm sure Celery was cheap on the day. Again not tasty at all. The last dish was Mix Fried Rice with Combination Meat It was the cheapest dish and the best out of a bad lot. The meat that was through the fried rice was diced so small, you could hardly taste it. We also ordered a glass of wine each which we had to ask for times. It also took over an hour for the meal to come out. I definitely never go there again disgusting! Attend at your own peril
