The Venetian Pub - Milton

We decided to visit this restaurant today after our reservation was canceled at another local spot due to a family emergency, so we needed a backup option. We really liked the ambiance and location, and the hostess/waitress/bartender was very friendly. However, after ordering our drinks and brunch, it took a while to receive our beverages. Shortly after we had a sip, we were informed that the restaurant had run out of eggs and bacon. The waitress claimed it was the first she was hearing of this issue, but we could choose something else to eat. Unfortunately, nothing else could include eggs or bacon. We felt bad for the waitress, given the circumstances. Ultimately, we didn’t finish our drinks and decided to leave due to the poorly managed experience. It's unlikely that we'll return in the future.

We had an excellent meal, and our server was fantastic! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

As with my previous visits, the ambiance, service, and food were exceptional. The dining room, furnishings, and decor exuded elegance. However, my only concern, as noted in earlier reviews, is the lack of a dress code for both patrons and staff. It is essential to establish a guideline that prohibits employees from coming to work in t-shirts, jeans, and flip-flops. I also strongly suggest implementing a dress code for guests, requiring at least a sport coat for men, with no jeans or t-shirts allowed.

Crème brûlée was perfection. Our waitress and chef were the BEST! It was just a little awkwardly quiet.

Loved the bourbon chicken, grilled perfectly! The salad was fresh and delicious. The Creme' Butler' was a picture and the best I have tasted. The sugar sculpture/garnish was very gourmet. The server, Justina, was very attentive and friendly. She did an outstanding job.
