Chick-fil-a - Barboursville

Ordered and paid for the breakfast online in chic fil a app while in the drive thru line. the restaurant has not made any of the food and refunded money after waiting 20 minutes in its super slow line for eating. very weak service and management.

Line for the drive through was ridiculously long, backed up into the main road and almost back to the light. It's a dangerous traffic situation, daily, except for Sunday, and these customers need to be ticketed or the establishment needs to move somewhere else to avoid causing a traffic hazard.

Good place but quite packed. Did the drive through, and some of the crew were wearing masks, others were not. Regardless of one being vaccinated or not, please consider that you can still be a carrier. Those immunocompromised among us still need to eat just like everyone else.

Fresh and delicious as always. Very impressed with the service of the staff working hard when the restaurant was super busy.

So it seems that Chick-fil-a here in this town is NOT aware that the opening time is 9am. No one in the store to talk to or even at drive through. If your traveling through WV. Make sure you pass this location up. They don't run like a normal Chick-fil-a. Also the McDonald's right down the street is open and making the orders right. In closing want food go to McDonald's or well anywhere else.
