Taco Bell - Milpitas

I placed an online order and went to the restaurant to pick it up. The staff was incredibly friendly and didn't mind that I used a scooter to go through the drive-thru. The overall experience would have been a five-star one, but I encountered an issue with the online ordering system, which mistakenly indicated that I had ordered just two tacos instead of the party pack I intended to order. It seems the system categorized the party pack as equivalent to two orders of six tacos, but it displayed it as if I only ordered two individual items. Just a heads-up for anyone planning to order online and pick up their food. The staff was accommodating and asked to see my online receipt, although they started preparing my order before I could show it to them. Thank you so much to the ladies for your excellent service! I truly appreciated my experience, and you definitely deserve five stars!

The staff here are very friendly, and my order was taken and delivered quickly and accurately. I have to say, this is the best Taco Bell I've visited in quite a while!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent; the cashier was very helpful, quick, and accommodating. As for the food, it was just as described. I tried the mini quesadilla, which was made with a corn tortilla, and the potato soft taco. It was my first time trying it, and I can definitely say I'll be ordering it again! I chose those options since it was No Meat Friday, but they turned out to be great choices.

Why the silence? No smiles. Service is terribly slow. Help doesn’t know where anything is. Orders not quite right. Get what you pay for I guess.

Oh my God I love pizza I Mexican pizza oh my God. It's so good so I won't go out ahead of tacos 2 tacos tacos tacos. If you have if you need tacos get them right now. Thank you taco bell
