Sarku Japan - Milpitas

I thought I was going to like this food but to be honest my expectations were wrong truly like literally there was know season at all and felt very oily and customer service was alright I guess but I wasted 13 dollars unseason food that I could have not wasted but will never go back again

Excellent food. Short lines usually, cook really fast. I love the chicken/shrimp teriyaki with vegetables! Located inside the Great Mall in the Dining Pavilion (food court).

I was excited when they opened a Sarku Japan in the Great Mall, I've always enjoyed it in Valley Fair before so was looking forward to it. This place did not disappoint! The food is consistent and comes out fresh. A great choice to take a break from shopping and refuel!

Customer Service is garbage. No one acknowledges your presents until they want too. If you order Sushi dont bother them with questions. The specialty rolls only have the tuna filling from the California Roll on top as to charge $2-$4 more for them. Also, the condiment station was gross. Everyone touching siracha bottles and throwing them back on the counter with sauce split out. Food like Chicken and veggies littered the counter top left over from previous orders as 2 employees were just standing waiting for something to tell them what to do.

The food was fantastic! I usually get the chicken teriyaki bento with shrimp tempura. This time, I accidentally dropped some chicken on the counter, and the head cook was really kind—he gave me extra chicken and asked the staff to clean up the mess. I apologize for the spill and truly appreciate their generosity!
