Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Walking into the place about three people who worked here ignored me didn't bother to say hey your host will be coming soon or the host is helping another group out she will be here shortly SOMETHING! would have been nice. Ordered a salad took about 15 mins for it to show up and the chicken and Frys were cold. Food was eh and the bread was burnt. Bunch of lazy people work here and don't care about their workplace. Sidenote the bartender went out for a smoke came back and didn't wash his hands.

I arrived at 9pm. The restaurant was nearly empty, and half of the dozen in the bar area appeared to be employees just off shift. The bartender was morosely laconic and paid more attention to his cohorts and cleaning his station than to the customers. My burger and pathetically small fry order which took 20 minutes to arrive were cold but the plate was hot, clearly victims of a heat lamp. Red Robin proudly proclaims as a virtue unlimited fries and I'll typically knock down a refill or two before starting on the burger, taking half home. Here, I felt that if I'd ordered more fries, I'd have seen daylight before they arrived, so I didn't bother. The only reason this location rates even two stars is that Red Robin's burgers are great even when cold, and the price is acceptable even with only one tiny order of cold fries. Last hit: I enjoy their small tablet style ordering system that also allows me to enter my Red Robin Rewards information, but despite a unit sitting two feet away, Big Grouchy didn't offer it and the other two customers near me who finished while I was still waiting for my food didn't get one either, so I didn't even ask. Perhaps I've been pampered by the Des Moines, WA location that rates seven stars by comparison. I won't be back.

Situated in the Great Mall with an entrance from the outside, the restaurant reflects its age and would greatly benefit from some renovations. Parking can be somewhat challenging on this side of the mall, but they do offer valet service if you prefer. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. There are plenty of options for those with gluten and peanut allergies, and they use special markers on allergy orders to ensure the kitchen follows your instructions.

I ordered garlic fries to-go, and this is what I received! It was just a small handful of fries, and they were all old and soggy. This was my first experience with takeout from this Red Robin location, and I won't be returning again!

The burgers are fantastic, especially with the unlimited fries offer. The food is definitely worth it. However, the wait time was quite frustrating. It felt like a nightmare, as there were only two servers for the whole restaurant. While the service was horrendous, the good food made up for it!
