Ok Noodle - Milpitas

This noodle place has been on my radar for quite a while, but I've never had the chance to try it out. But Thursday night, after getting off work, I thought I would finally try out the food here and at first, I felt so bad being that person who comes in 15-20min before they close, but the guy working that night was super friendly and laughed at me for apologizing so much on coming 20min before they closed lol. He had such a fun personality and was nice to talk to!I've looked over the menu beforehand as well as read what other people have ordered here, seeing what's the crowd favorite. I decided on the Big-Plate Lamb w/ Noodle (rating: 5/5 . The lamb pieces were juicy, fatty, and had such delicious flavoring. The potatoes were soft and flavorful, as well. I liked the big pieces of bell peppers, too! They added a nice crunchy texture to the dish. And the noodles, you can definitely tell it's hand-pulled because it had a good chew to it and it was stretchy! The strands were so long, too and they absorbed the sauce so well, because you could taste the sauce in every bite!I would highly recommend coming here to try out if you're ever in the mood for a noodle dish. I definitely want to try some of the other dishes on the menu, so I do see myself coming back again :

Came here with a friend on a Tuesday night with high expectations based on all the reviews I read, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I ordered the chili oil noodles, and they were absolutely delicious! Packed full of flavor from the pork and spices, the wide noodles had the perfect chewy texture. Not to mention, the portion sizes were huge, and despite being painfully full, I still ate every last bite because they were that good. The place itself is pretty casual and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The service was also top-tier, and the waiter kept checking in on us to make sure our water was filled, and we were happy with our food. I will definitely be coming back!

Came for a quick lunch. It's a small place, simple deco inside, outdoor seating is available. Service is very good, frequent water pouring, speedy responses, gentle and polite. The noodle is handmade, chewy for sure. Some dishes may not be the kind of noodle we were expecting. For example, the spicy dry noodle we were thinking of the flat and wide noodle instead. My special lamb noodle is ok, the meat are finely chopped and the veggies are thinly sliced. I just wish it has a bit stronger flavor, I felt like they only put on soy sauce.

I love this restaurant. It looks like it's family owned so the staff is always super nice and friendly.I've been here three times before and they ran out of liang pi each time. I highly recommend getting it if it's available. Liang pi is also known as spicy y cold skin noodles made from wheat or rice flour. It has a super satisfying texture and the most delicious sauce. I prefer getting the chili oil noodles when I come. Make sure to get the wife noodles! I prefer that texture over the thin noodles.

OK Noodle, more like Delicious Noodle! My friends and I used to live right by this place when it was in Newark and we would come here probably weekly. We were so sad that it closed down, but were pleasantly surprised when we found out that it reopened in Milpitas.This location is a little bigger and cleaner which is really nice. There are more people working there too which usually signifies that they are doing better than they were in Newark.Everything here taste amazing and we have dreams about it. I always get the Chili Oil Noodles which comes with spicy ground pork and bok choy. It is perfectly spicy and the pork is so flavorful. My husband usually gets the Big Plate Beef which has big noodles, veggies, saucy broth, and super tender beef. Oh man! This dish is so good!Love this place so much! Whenever a friend comes to visit us and passes through Milpitas, we ask them to pick this up for us.
