Mcdonald's - Milpitas

I always know what to expect, no matter which location I visit, and I appreciate that consistency. This restaurant was efficient, precise, and tidy - can't ask for much more than that.

The wait in the drive-thru line was long, but the service was quick so the overall wait time was not too bad. They had an employee outside taking orders on a tablet, similar to In-N-Out, which helped to speed up the process. I ordered the new Spicy McNuggets and a large fries, both of which were fresh but seemed to have been fried in oil that needed to be changed. This was evident by the dark spots on the nuggets and a slight staleness in the fries. It's hard to explain, but you can tell the difference when comparing the fried foods from this McDonald's to another location. Despite this, the food was still edible, but I may not choose to return to this specific location. It's worth noting that they had run out of the Travis Scott meal, indicating that this is a popular spot.

I dined at this restaurant last night and it was the best McDonald's experience I have had in America in the past ten years. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and polite. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Please continue the great work.

I couldn’t figure out how to order just one burrito (instead of two) at the self serve kiosk. One of the friendly workers saw me struggling to order and took my order up front. The speed of service was impressive (less than 60 seconds), and the food was hot and fresh

This spot makes your fries well done golden crispy when asked! Other places think fresh out the fryer is well done. Its not!
