I never came back to buy anything from Mc Donald’s location at Milpitas again and they need more training how to service with customers.
I decided to order some late-night food at this restaurant and it turned out to be a regrettable choice. The service was not impressive, and the food did not meet the standard of McDonald's. The French fries tasted old and were not crispy. The Deluxe Spicy McCrispy was decent in terms of portion size but the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Although it had a little kick, the sauce didn't add much to the overall taste. The McChicken sandwich was small, with a small, flat, and frozen-tasting chicken patty. The Big Mac had a good portion size, but the patties were very dry.
I asked about the 40-piece chicken nuggets and 2 large fries meal. The worker couldn't find it and asked the manager. The manager said they don't have it with an attitude and walked away. I showed it on the McDonald's app to the manager and also told her I come over here all the time and that's what I get for my kids. The manager had an attitude about it and told me they don't have it anymore. I told her you don't have to have an attitude and I we left. I will not go back there again.
Extremely rude employee was on the other side of the ordering machine when I rolled through the drive-through for a simple order. I asked if there was any non-dairy creamer/milk for the coffee, and the employee said we only have one type of creamer. I asked what type it was, and they repeated (in a highly exasperated tone), that they only had one type of creamer without answering my question. I asked for two coffees, one regular and one decaf, both served plain with no cream/no sugar. When I pulled up to the payment window, I tried to be polite and ask the receiver how their day was going, and they simply rolled their eyes at me and said I 'M TALKING TO A CUSTOMER. Maybe this person was just having a bad day, but still, no need to be rude and impolite. We all have bad days, but part of being an adult is learning to put your personal feelings aside and adopt an appropriate mode of behavior and communication when in the workplace. If that 's too difficult, take the day off. Would rate 0/5 if I could just because of this one experience. Coffee was average.
Older lady who seems to be the manager is rude. got charged for an extra mcchicken when it was suppose to be a free medium fry (i have no clue how they got that mixed up), but my order was never repeated to me so i wasn’t able to correct them before being charged so when i realized, i asked for a refund and gave them the mcchicken back. she had an attitude and said “but we gave you the fry.” the fry was suppose to be free to begin with so for her to get an attitude about me wanting my money back is not okay. to think im gonna be fine with it just because they gave me my ALREADY free fry, is not okay.
