Had dinner here. The service was amazing. Very attentive to the customer. Eating was as comforting as at home, loved it.

I have the black garlic and it was delicious! The ravens here are great. It's a must to try.

This is our new favorite place Ramen. Veggie bikes are very rare with restaurants that offer only a veggie option these days. Juban Ramen has 6 Veggie options that can be adapted to the preference of the URL palette. Ramens are spicy, tastefully n decent amount. Great customer service! Do not forget to taste the garlic edamame!

We always come back... Clean and very cozy atmosphere. Traditional ambience. Talk about traditional, ramen with various traditional flavors for decisions. Our favorite tonkotsu wheels with extra spicy, so good that it will appear in a dream. Offer for more adventurous, the adventurer menu with all tasteful soup base and adventure recipes added. Do not forget the seaweed salad, coquette and of course Tako yaki for appetizer.

Was very pleasantly surprised how good the broth is!!! Personally, I give the most weight to the broth quality for any ramen spot. By that standard, one of best tasting ramen I had in the South Bay area. And my reference is from visiting Japan often and having ramen there. : My vote on the Tonkotsu Ramen: Broth 10!!!
